Listening Sessions Begin Next Week
(Posted Feb. 6, 2023) Starting next week, the RA Board of Directors will host a series of listening sessions, allowing members to share feedback with the board and staff. Members will also hear updates on a variety of district and community-related topics. Residents are encouraged to attend any of the six upcoming sessions between mid-February and mid-March.
For the first time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, members in each voting district will have an opportunity to attend an in-person listening session which will be hosted by the RA board member representing their specific district. In addition, RA’s At-Large Directors will also host both an in-person and virtual listening session.
The meeting dates and locations are as follows (all times are 7 p.m., except Mar. 4 which will be at 1 p.m.):
Feb. 13: Hunters Woods/Dogwood District – Cathy Hudgins Community Center at Southgate, 1215 Pinecrest Road
Feb. 16: North Point District – The Lake House, 11450 Baron Cameron Ave.
Feb. 21: Lake Anne/Tall Oaks District – RCC-Lake Anne, 1609-A Washington Plaza
Feb. 28: At-Large Listening Session – Virtual via Zoom
