Lake Anne Economic Visioning Study Underway

(Posted Mar. 13, 2023) The Community Revitalization Section of the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Development, in partnership with Streetsense and Hunter Mill District Supervisor Alcorn, has initiated the process of building an economic vision for the Lake Anne Commercial Revitalization Area; the objective of the process is to create a guide for the economic future of the Lake Anne commercial area that balances the historic significance of Lake Anne with the aspirations for growth and development of its residents and stakeholders.

To this end, the process is designed to be intensively collaborative through the inclusion of surveys, virtual focus groups, and a public, in-person workshop on April 10, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This workshop is open to anyone with an interest in Lake Anne; you can register to attend here.
