(Posted Sept. 5, 2023) Save the date for Covenants’ upcoming Meet and Greet for Cluster Leaders, hosted by Covenants Staff at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023; this virtual outreach event will be centered around maintenance/conformance. Specifically:

  • How does the Reston Association conduct inspections for maintenance compliance? How can your association structure its inspections in partnership with Reston Association in order to best promote compliance?

  • What are your association’s options for enlisting Reston Association’s support in encouraging compliance with maintenance regulations among your membership?

  • How do formal complaints (both RA and County processes) work?

  • How can your association best address systemic and persistent maintenance issues throughout properties in your association?
