Condo Talk: Schedule Your Show & Tell Today!

(Posted Jul. 11, 2023) What better way to take advantage of the nice weather than to meet onsite and discuss how Staff can assist or better serve your condo community? Covenants Staff is currently scheduling Show & Tells with condo leadership for late summer into fall of 2023. These walking tours are crucial to the Staff’s understanding of what questions or concerns condominium associations in Reston may face and help to educate RA on what issues our members value most.

Show & Tells is not an inspection in any capacity – simply an informational meeting intended to help foster the relationship between condo leadership and RA’s Covenants Department. Topics generally covered include resale disclosure and inspection processes, tree maintenance and removal, and developing standards for elements that are unit-owner responsibility (i.e. windows). Show & Tells also provides an opportunity for information sharing on current best practices in community management.
