Passes are available for all persons who Live, Work and Play in Reston. Please see the menu in the column to the left (if viewing this page on a desktop computer) for more information on pass options for members and non-members. Pools are scheduled to open in May, with heated pools opening first.
Passes can be purchased online or at Reston Association's Member Services office at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191-3404. To purchase your pool and tennis passes, please go to WebTrac and sign in or create an account.
All pass-holders must provide a photo for each household member. Photos will only be used for verification purposes at the pools and tennis courts and will not be printed on the passes.
Should you wish to opt-out of providing photos for your passes, please contact our Member Services team at 703-435-6530 or email Member_Services@reston.org with your name and address, and we will update your account accordingly. Please note, when choosing this option, the adults in your household will be required to show a photo ID matching the name and address on the pass. Youth pass holders will not be required to show an ID. Passes will not be printed until photos have been received and uploaded to your account, or your account has been updated to indicate you have opted out of providing photos.
The new online registration system, WebTrac, allows members to renew their passes online, unlike RA’s old passes which required the issuing of new passes each season. Be sure to save your passes at the end of the season.
