A current pass is required for anyone (age 1 or older) visiting pools or tennis courts. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase passes. Receipts will not be accepted on-site.
RA property owners and renters may purchase Pool & Tennis passes on or before March 1 and receive a 20 percent discount (adult and child passes only). Discount does not apply to guest passes or tennis key tag.
All members must be in good standing and provide proof of owning or renting a Reston Association property. For details on proof of residency requirements for renters, please see our FAQs page here.
Members may purchase a pass for themselves, one additional adult household member, and all household members under the age of 18. Two additional passes may be purchased for permanent household members 18-22 years of age in person or online with prior approval from Member Services. If you did not keep the pass issued to you in 2017 or have misplaced your pass, replacement passes are available. After you have completed the renewal transaction online, contact Member Services to order a replacement card. Your original pass will be deactivated and a new one will be provided.
Members must provide a photo for each household member. Photos will only be used for verification purposes at the pools and will not be printed on the passes.
Should you wish to opt-out of providing photos for your passes, please contact our Member Services team at 703-435-6530 or by email Member_Services@reston.org with your name and address, and we will update your account accordingly. Please note, when choosing this option, the adults in your household will be required to show a photo ID matching the name and address on the pass. Youth pass holders will not be required to show an ID. Passes will not be printed until photos have been received and uploaded to your account, or your account has been updated to indicate you have opted out of providing photos.

• Online Purchase
For online purchases, go to www.restonwebtrac.org and log in or create an account. Please email a photo of each household member to email@example.com with “Pass photos” in the subject. Include the name of the primary person registered for the account and your address in the body of the email.
• Walk-In Purchase
Passes may also be purchased in person at Reston Association's Member Services office at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. Click here for hours and directions.
Free shipping or office pick-up for all online orders. Passes will be available within seven business days.
All pass holders are eligible to bring guests to the pool facilities or tennis courts. Options are available for purchase in advance at Member Services, online at www.restonwebtrac.org or on-site at the facilities. Host pass holders must accompany their guest(s) at all times.

• Season-Long Guest Pass
One pass may be purchased per household. This pass allows one guest per visit regardless of the guest age. The household ID number on the guest pass must match the household ID number on the host’s pass and guest must be accompanied by a host at all times.
• Pre-Paid Punch Pass
Pre-paid punch passes are valid for five guest entries and can be used for multiple guests at one time. This is a great option to eliminate carrying cash and is equivalent to a 20% discount when compared to buying five visits individually.
• Tennis One-day Guest Pass $10
Pass holders may purchase a one-day guest pass from the roving court monitor at the tennis courts. Cash only. Receipts are e-mailed to host pass-holder.
• Pools One-day Guest Pass
Adult guest (18 years and older) $10
Child guest (17 or younger) $5
Pass holder may purchase a one-day guest pass from the pool staff at each pool. Cash only. Handwritten receipts will be issued at time of purchase.
