Forms and Registration Information

Confirmation Letters and Forms

All registrants will receive an e-mail confirmation letter within two weeks of their registration. Camp forms must be completed and returned by May 1, 2018 or at the time of registration if registering for camp after May 1, 2018.

Waiting List

If a camp session is sold out, you should add your child’s name to the waiting list on-line on the WebTrac website. RA Camps will contact you if a space becomes available. You may also contact RA Camps for assistance by emailing or by calling 703-435-6551. You will need to provide your name, your child’s name, and your phone number and/or e-mail address as well as your desired camp name and session number.

General Information

  • Age requirements must be met by Sept. 30.
  • Maximum staff to camper ratio is 1 to 7.
  • If your camper wants to be placed with a friend, please request a Special Placement Form,
    due by June 1.

Payment & Refunds

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit per camper per session is required for all camps at registration time. Exception: Nature Tots and Walker's Rangers deposit is $45. Deposits may be transferred as a deposit to another RA Camps session within the same camp season. They may not be used toward a camp balance. Deposits are credited toward the total cost of the program.
  • Full payment for all sessions and services is required by May 1.
  • Refunds, minus applicable deposits, may be recovered until June 1. See the Camps Handbook for complete refund policies and procedures.
  • Transportation and Extended Care fees are refundable and transferable until two weeks before the start of the applicable session.
  • Returned checks will result in a $35 fee.

What forms does my camper need to attend RA camp this summer?

2018 Camp Registration Form (All Emergency Contacts must contain a phone number and address).  Emergency contacts must be someone other than a parent or guardian (Virginia state licensing requires at least two emergency contacts).


Age/Identification Verification (This must be done in person at RA if needing to show proof of age)  

      Required for all campers attending a RA camp for the first time

      Returning campers who did not attend a camp in 2017 


School Physicals ARE REQUIRED for…  

      All campers attending a RA camp for the first time

      All campers under the age of 8

      Returning campers who did not attend a camp in 2017

      All physical forms submitted must be under a year old for the duration of the camps

      Physical forms from (1) sleep-away camp, (2) Boy/Girl Scout physicals, (3) physical forms

      from your doctor’s office or minute clinic are acceptable when accompanied by immunization



In addition to all of the above forms, campers attending Camp on Wheels, and Art Camp are required to fill out a Specialty Camp Release Form which is also attached in this email. 

Did you know...

If you prefer not to register online you can mail or bring in your registration forms to Reston Association. No faxed registrations are accepted. Additionally, please be advised that if you choose to leave a registration form in the Drop Box, your registration is not complete until you receive an email receipt.
