Refund
Policy
-
There
will be a ten percent (10%)
processing fee charged for each customer initiated refund
unless a deposit has already been held.

Camp
deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred as
a deposit to anothjer camp.
-
Camp
balances may be refunded or transferred to another camp
program with no penalty up to June 1st.
-
Tennis
and swim lessons are non-refundable except for medical
reasons or family emergencies.

A
full refund will be made for any program canceled by the
Reston Association
