2004 Registration Form (PDF) 116K

RA Members' Only Lottery Deadline is no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17.
RA member registration continues from February 17 until all slots are filled.
Non-member registration begins Monday, March 1 .
Walk-in registration begins Monday, March 8.

Mail-in or drop-off your registration form at your earliest convenience. No faxed registrations are accepted.

A 24-hour Drop Box is located to the left-hand side of RA's main office entrance. When mailing, use the following address:

ATTN: Camps, Reston Association, 1930 Isaac Newton Sq., Reston, VA 20190.

An electronic version of the registration form is located on the RA web site. It may be downloaded and mailed to or dropped off at our office.

The Lottery Process
Many camp sessions fill within the first day of registration. The lottery process is our best way to ensure that quality customer service and an equal opportunity for our members is provided. To be eligible for member registration, a child's parent/guardian must be a RA member in good standing. Written documentation of guardianship is required. Duplicate forms requesting the same camp sessions for the same camper will be disqualified from the lottery.

To be eligible for the lottery, registration forms must be received no later than Tuesday, February 17 at 5:00 PM. Forms received after the lottery deadline will be time/date stamped and processed in the order that they were received, following all lottery registrations. If two or more registrations depend on the children getting into the session/camp together, staple their forms together and attach a note of explanation. A random lottery drawing will begin at, 8:30 AM, February 18th.

Confirmations
All confirmations will be by mail until March 8th . Letters will be mailed by March 1 , regarding the status of all lottery registrations. Confirmations of post-lottery registrations will be mailed within 2 weeks of their receipt.

Waiting List
If a camper's first choice is full, he/she will be placed into his/her alternate choice and automatically put onto the first choice's waiting list. We will call you if a slot becomes available in your first choice.
