Overview

The Lake House Sponsored by Comstock is Reston Association's newest community building on Lake Newport. The Lakeside Room offers access to the deck overlooking Lake Newport and can accommodate 50-75 guests. The Lake View Room can accommodate 95 guests in a natural light-filled setting with a fireplace. The entire facility can also be rented for up to 145 guests. The Lake House is located at 11450 Baron Cameron Ave., Reston, VA.

Rental Hours (including setup and cleanup)

Monday-Saturday: 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.

Attractive Rates

Per hour, one room or whole facility

  • RA member or Reston non-profit: $100, $175
  • Non-member or Non-Reston non-profit: $125, $225
  • For profit/corporate: $150, $275

Capacity

  • Lakeside room – up to 50 people
  • Lake View room – up to 95 people
