Community Invited to Garden Plot Dedication

The newest garden plots ready for planting brings a community celebration. The Cedar Ridge Apartments Community Garden Plots are a joint effort that will allow the residents who are clients of Reston Interfaith to have fresh produce.

On Wednesday, July 11 at 6:30 p.m., Reston Interfaith will host a celebration of the collaboration and partnerships that created the garden plot. The event will be held at the Cedar Ridge Community area on Beacontree Lane. Parking is available at Forest Edge Elementary School.

Reston Interfaith, Friends of Reston and Sustainable Reston and volunteer residents of the complex will work to get the garden ready in time to plant for this year. Many of the residents of Cedar Ridge are clients of Reston Interfaith.
