Reston Association has announced the hiring of Mike Leone as Director of Communications & Community Engagement. He will join RA’s senior leadership team June 9. Leone’s most recent position was Chief Communications Officer for the nonprofit, Council for Professional Recognition in Washington, D.C.
Reston Association has filed an appeal of the decision made by the Fairfax County Board of Zoning appeals regarding Reston National Golf Course. The appeal, submitted last week in Fairfax County Circuit Court, challenges the BZA’s April 15, 2015 ruling that overturned the Zoning Administrator’s earlier decision related to the course and the Comprehensive Plan.
The Reston Association Board of Directors will hold two public hearings to consider adding to the RA the real property known as Comstock Partners LC – BLVD Residential at Reston Station.
