(Updated 7/24/15). A sanitary sewer pipe located between Wakerobin Lane and Cedar Cove Court was discovered to be draining into Lake Audubon late Monday afternoon. Fairfax County reported on Tuesday that the pipe was fixed, and on Friday Reston Association lifted recreational restrictions after water-quality tests showed the lake to be safe.
Reston Association will be conducting a survey of members concerning Parks & Recreation programs, services and amenities. The survey will be mailed to 2,500 random Reston residents later this month. Recipients of the survey will have the option of filling out and returning the form electronically or by mail.
