The Board of Directors unanimously approved adding a new residential community into Reston Association. The townhouse and condominium property, known as Sunrise Square, is subject to various terms and conditions.

(UPDATED Feb. 6 to reflect time change) StoneTurn Group, LLC, the firm recently hired by the Reston Association Board of Directors, will conduct a meeting Thursday, Feb. 9, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at RA Headquarters, 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, for members interested in sharing their views on RA’s handling of the Tetra (Lake House) purchase and refurbishment.
(UPDATED Feb. 9) The Reston Association Elections Committee has certified 11 candidates to run for four open seats on the Board of Directors. Three other candidates, who were certified to run in the North Point and apartment owners races, withdrew from the election. The month-long election begins March 6 and closes April 3 at 5 p.m.
Reston Association announced that it is expanding its Volunteer Reston Service Awards in 2017 to include more recognition categories and a special Lake House ceremony to take place in April. This is also the first year that the Reston community as a whole has been invited to nominate volunteers.
