The Reston Association Board of Directors voted to discount the purchase price of member recreation passes by 50 percent starting July 15. The board also decided to offer 50 percent retroactive rebates to members and non-members who have already paid the full price for their 2020 passes.
Reston Association will open four of its pools – one in each RA district – on June 29. The pools will be open seven days a week and will be accessible to members and non-members who have a valid 2020 Recreation Pass. To comply with state regulations, the pools will only be available for lap swimmers and water walkers who reserve time and for instructional fitness programs.
Cameron Adams has been hired by Reston Association as Director of Covenants Administration. His most recent experience since joining RA this week was as covenants manager for the Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation in Alexandria where he managed 43 neighborhoods and over 3,400 homes.
Reston Association has decided to cancel its traditional summer camps program due to ongoing concerns involving the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Refunds will be provided to anyone who has already paid for summer camp registration.
The Reston Association Board of Directors elected its four officers for the coming year at a meeting Wednesday, May 13. The meeting was held virtually on Zoom.
