Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus (COVID-19), Reston Association’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees, members and visitors. With the need to support social distancing, we feel it is best to discontinue all walk-in service at RA headquarters effective immediately.
We recognize that some members still need to pay their 2020 annual assessment fee, which is due by March 31, while others may wish to purchase/renew their recreation passes and take advantage of the 20% discount if purchased by March 31. I want to personally reach out and share a few ways we are here to serve you during this time:
– For the fastest level of service, we strongly encourage you to use RA’s WebTrac online portal to pay your annual assessment or purchase/renew recreation passes. It’s typically easier and faster to manage your account digitally, given that call wait times may be longer than usual. If you have difficulty logging in to your WebTrac account, please email your name, property address or account number to email@example.com. Emails will be responded to within two business days. You can also call 703-435-7994 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for assistance.
– If you plan on contacting RA by phone or email, please know our Member Services team representatives are standing by, as always, to assist you. Member Services is available Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached at 703-435-6530 or by email at Member_Services@reston.org.
– As a reminder, even though our walk-in Member Services office will be closed for walk-in business, we do offer a convenient drop-off payment box located outside the entrance to the RA headquarters building should you wish to drop off your assessment payment on/before the March 31 deadline. We are located at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston.
We will continue to monitor information on COVID-19 and will re-evaluate our operations on March 30 and notify members and volunteers should RA need to further change or update our schedule beyond March.
We wish the Reston community well as we all strive to keep our friends, neighbors, families and colleagues safe during this challenging time.
