Survey to Assist RA in Better Serving the Community

Reston Association has hired The Brand Consultancy to conduct a survey of some RA members, non-members and community partners. The survey, which is part of a broader member experience study to be conducted by the company, will include questions about the association’s services and amenities. The online survey was being emailed this week (starting Aug. 21). Completing the form takes about 10-15 minutes. The Brand Consultancy will survey enough people to make the results statistically valid. Not all residents will receive the survey.

The RA Board of Directors recently approved the plan to conduct the community survey, which will take a few months to complete. Once the survey data and results of the full study are received by RA, the association will be better positioned to make decisions about how to serve its members’ needs now and in the future.
