Reston Association requires individual cluster associations to provide confirmation of insurance coverage to RA. A certificate of insurance must be submitted to RA by Nov. 30 of each calendar year, according the Reston deed.
Cluster associations must submit a certificate of insurance listing RA as an additional insured. Notification of coverage must be provided to RA on an annual basis and include “any changes to or material modifications, lapses, cancellation or termination of such policies,” according to the deed.
